Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix sifted cake flour, baking soda and cocoa.
    Set aside. Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add sour cream alternately with the cake flour mixture. Add flavoring.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or bake in 1 large and one small square cake pan for 35 minutes.
    Cool and ice.
