Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    garlic salt (optional)
    3 or 4 bell peppers (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. plain salt
    2 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients except tomato paste to boil.
    Boil for one hour.
    Add tomato paste.
    Heat to a boil again.
    Boil for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
    During 5 minutes be sure to stir well.
    Makes about 14 quarts.
