Ingredients

8 oz. chunk pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. chopped cucumbers
1/2 c. salted cashews
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped chutney (Cross and Blackwell)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Reserve 3 tablespoons pineapple and mix with onion.
Combine chicken, cashews, pineapple and cucumber.
Combine mayonnaise, chutney and salt.
Now combine all together and chill.
