Potato Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt
    flour (to make soft dough)
Preparation
    Mix
    all together; add flour to make a soft dough.
    Let rise then roll out and cut.
    Let rise again.
    Fry in shortening at 350\u00b0.
