Oriental Grilled Chicken(Serves 4 To 5 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless chicken thighs
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger root, unpeeled
1 large clove garlic, unpeeled
8 small scallions, end trimmed
Preparation

Trim off the fat from chicken.
In a shallow bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and oil together.
Press the ginger and garlic through press and add to mixture in the bowl.
Dip chicken in seasoning mixture.
Fold scallion in half and roll one up in each thigh.
Secure with toothpick.
Grill or broil chicken (with medium heat) for 15 to 25 minutes, turning frequently, and basting with seasoning mixture, until cooked through.
