Double Toffee Delight Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
Preparation
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter into 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with 1/2 of the sugar and nut mixture.
    Pour remaining batter over brown sugar and cover with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until top springs back when touched.
