Jumbo Fruited Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3 eggs
3/4 c. thawed frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruit, chopped (about 1 1/3 c.)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat butter in large bowl until creamy. Blend in eggs, apple juice concentrate and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice; mix well.
Stir in dried fruit and nuts.
Drop scant 1/4 cupfuls of dough, 3 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen jumbo cookies.
