Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Make white sauce with first 5 ingredients.
Put half of the potatoes into a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with half the onion and half the sauce.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Uncover and continue to bake until top is browned.
