Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese or more if you like
    8 oz. (2 c.) macaroni
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter; remove from heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
    Add milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
    Add most of the cheese (save some for the top).
    Heat until melted, stirring constantly.
    Combine cooked macaroni with sauce in a 2-quart casserole, top with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
