Pasta Carbonnara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices bacon
1/2 medium onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. butter
1 pkg. fettuccine or ribbed rigatoni
Preparation

Cook bacon and saute onion and pepper in same pan, along with the bacon.
At the same time, cook pasta according to directions on bag.
Beat eggs in separate bowl; set aside until pasta is cooked.
Drain pasta and put in casserole dish.
Take bacon, onion and pepper mixture and toss together.
Next, pour beaten egg mixture over pasta and make sure all is well coated.
Put cover on dish and let sit for 1 minute or two, then serve.
