Nanny'S Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add all the wet ingredients. If desired, add chopped nuts. Pour into two 9-inch greased or sprayed and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
