Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in pieces or 4 large boneless breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine and place in baking dish.
    In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients except chicken.
    Coat chicken with flour mixture, then dip in melted margarine to lightly coat.
    Place chicken on a baking rack and place rack in baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes more or until done.
