Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    vegetable oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in bowl, beating until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup into funnel and release into skillet with hot oil. Move funnel in circular motion to form spiral. Fry until edges are golden brown. Turn and fry on other side. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or syrup.
