Baked Bananas(Guatemala) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bananas
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. honey
juice from 1 lemon
small container of sour cream or plain yogurt
1 cup of nuts
1/2 cup raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Place in greased baking dish and dot them with the margarine. Mix the honey and lemon juice and pour over the bananas. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream or yogurt, sprinkle with nuts and raisins. Serves 4.
