Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 strips bacon, cooked crisp
1 onion
2 strips uncooked bacon
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Remove giblets.
Wash roast.
Season to taste inside and out. Place 2 strips uncooked bacon and 1 medium onion inside roast.
Tie legs and fold wings.
Cook regularly.
Remove from oven and place on platter.
Bring cream and broth to boil in saucepan.
Reduce heat and add Worcestershire sauce and cheese.
Stir constantly until cheese melts and becomes smooth.
Spoon over carved roaster and sprinkle with 6 strips, crisp, cooked and crumbled bacon.
