Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix well.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Pie is done when knife blade inserted near center comes out clean.
Do not overbake.
