Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion
    1/2 pkg. (sleeve) saltine crackers
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c .milk
Preparation
    Mix corn with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, then pour in small baking dish.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top and add chunks of butter.
    Pour in milk until it comes to the top of the dish.
    Bake in uncovered dish at 400\u00b0 until browned.
    Also delicious with green beans instead of corn.
