Chicken And Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces chicken
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook chicken (breasts or thighs) ahead and debone.
    Place in dish that has been sprayed with Pam or butter.
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions.
    Pour into dish with chicken.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
