Herb Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches scallions, remove tips and bottoms
    3 medium or 2 large onions, peeled
    1 large head garlic, peeled
    1 sprig celery
    1 bunch parsley
    1 bunch thyme
    1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
    1 c. vinegar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Wash herbs.
    Peel scallions, onions and garlic.
    Put in blender with vinegar; add salt.
    Store in clean bottles. Refrigerate.
