Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick oleo
1 box powdered confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs, beating mixture after each egg.
Gradually add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well. Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
