Sausage And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat or links
    about 2 lb. baked and peeled sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Shape sausage meat into small patties and brown lightly on both sides (or links lightly browned).
    Slice sweet potatoes into 3/4-inch thick rounds and arrange in a baking dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Place sausage on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
