Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) venison roast
    1 small bunch green onions, cut up
    2 lb. potatoes (small)
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 onions, chopped
    2 strips bacon
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and red pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Rub roast with liberal amount of salt and red pepper.
    Mix onions and garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Use most of onions and garlic to stuff roast.
    Place roast in roasting pan. Pour Italian dressing over roast.
    Place green onions and remainder of onions and garlic on top of roast.
    Place bacon strips on top of roast.
    Cover roasting pan and marinate overnight.
