Spicy Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 or 2 Tbsp. chili sauce or picante sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
small onion, grated
1 or 2 tsp. minced chives
1 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, minced or 1/2 lb. shredded surami
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until very well blended.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Mound on pretty serving dish. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
Have at room temperature to serve, otherwise keep refrigerated.
Serve as spread on crackers or rye bread.
