Baked Corn With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Cook onion in margarine; blend in flour and salt.
    Add sour cream gradually, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil; add corn.
    Cook until heated throughout.
    Fold in half of bacon and pimento; pour into a greased baking dish.
    Top with parsley and remaining bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
