Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breast halves, split
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour mixture and pan-fry in margarine in 2-inch skillet over medium heat, until lightly browned on both sides (adding more margarine as needed).
    Remove chicken.
    Reduce heat and add any leftover flour mixture, 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup orange marmalade or more according to taste, to skillet. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
