Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can creamed corn
Preparation

Beat eggs with corn and add to dry ingredients.
Heat shortening in skillet (1/2-inch deep).
When shortening is hot, drop corn mixture from a tablespoon into fat.
Brown completely. Can be kept hot in oven, if desired.
