Potato Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and coarsely crumbled
15 oz. Green Giant cream-style corn
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Save 1 tablespoon bacon grease, saute onion and bell pepper until tender.
Stir in milk, corn, margarine, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes and sour cream.
Blend well.
Spoon into greased pan, top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake on 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
