German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 oz. bar sweet cooking chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 egg whites, beaten
    German chocolate icing (from can)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan and line with wax paper.
    Pour batter in pan and bake for 45 minutes.
