Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt.
    Beat well, then add chocolate bits and stir well. Set aside.
    In another bowl combine dry ingredients, then add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Beat well until blended.
    Fill 18 paper-lined muffin tins 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
    Top with teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with extra sugar, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
