Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs or 4 small ones
    2/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. honey
    1 c. milk
    3 large, tart apples
    1 Tbsp. honey
    butter for baking
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs in
    mixing
    bowl.
    Add
    flour
    and salt.
    Mix well; add honey
    and milk, making a thin, smooth batter.\tPour into pitcher and
    allow\tto
    stand
    for\t30 minutes.
    Peel and slice apples very thin; drizzle honey over them and toss until all apple slices are coated.
