Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. boned, skinned chicken, cut into pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli florets
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. sherry wine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown
the
chicken
in
the
oil until cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add
the broth, wine, broccoli and soup and bring to a boil.
Stir
in rice.
Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
