Bagna Cauda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    8 mashed anchovies
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Simmer first 4 ingredients in heavy pot for about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Add pepper.
    Serve warm with fresh vegetables: mushrooms, celery, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and crudites.
    Keep warm in a small fondue pot.
