1 egg white, beaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; beat until stiff.
Add, if desired, coconut, pineapple or berries.
