Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 pod garlic
    1 chopped onion
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    grated Cheddar cheese
    olives (optional)
Preparation
    Saute in 2 tablespoons of oil the hamburger, garlic and onion until well done.
    Add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce and soup. Simmer a short time.
    Tear tortillas into small pieces.
    Alternate a layer of meat sauce with tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Finish with meat and cheese on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
