Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
8 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon (can use 1/4 c. ReaLemon juice)
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar, salt and water, then egg yolks.
Mix well.
Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and rind.
Pour into baked shell.
