Fried Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Kassen cheese, 1/4-inch thick wedge
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. water
2 lemons
olive oil
flour/bread crumbs
Preparation

Dip the cheese in egg yolk, then flour/bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil until it smokes; add cheese.
Squeeze lemon juice on each slice.
