Easy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 box Rice-A-Roni beef flavor
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
Preparation
    Combine beef with rice-vermicelli portion of Rice-A-Roni and eggs.
    Shape into 16 medium meatballs and brown on all sides in oil.
    Add 2 1/2 cups water; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
    Mix flavor packet of Rice-A-Roni with 2 cups water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Simmer additional 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
    When serving, pour brown gravy over meatballs.
