Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    4 chopped green peppers
    5 chopped onions
    1 c. brown sugar
    10 tsp. canning salt
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    5 tsp. garlic salt
    2 to 3 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. oil
    2 large pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce
    10 (4 oz.) or 5 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oil; add peppers.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook until thick. Place in jars and process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. For low-fat, omit oil.
    Remove seeds from tomatoes for seedless sauce.
