Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 medium onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Preparation

Mix beef, egg, crackers and onion.
In separate dish, mix the remaining ingredients and add to meat mixture, saving enough to pour some over top.
Form into loaf and cook 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
