Crab And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. backfin crabmeat
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    8 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. salt (can be decreased)
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients, except the crab and bread crumbs. Return to heat and stir until sauce thickens some.
    Then stir in the crab.
    Remove from heat, pour into greased baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake about 25 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven (1-quart baking dish).
    Serves 6 to 8.
