Midwest Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients until done (15 to 20 minutes).
