Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling chicken broth
1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
4 to 5 c. cold finely cut up chicken
1 to 1 1/2 c. finely cut up celery
1 c. halved grapes (green or red seedless)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 large c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 small can water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation

Add boiling chicken broth to lemon jello and stir well. Dissolve gelatine in cold water; add to first mixture and mix well.
Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream together.
Whisk into jello mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
