Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 large carrots, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Preparation
    Brown beef in large skillet until lightly browned and drain. Add all ingredients except cheese.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
