Raisin-Orange Sauce(Very Good With Ham Or Duckling.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    juice and grated rind of an orange
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Sift together sugar and flour.
    Place in top of double boiler or heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Slowly add boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
    (If lumps occur, strain.) Cook until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and simmer a few minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Can be refrigerated and reheated.
    Makes about 2 cups.
