Nikki'S Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    Brown in non-stick skillet until done.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Drain chicken and spread evenly in 9x13-inch pan.
    Pour mixed vegetables over chicken.
    In a separate bowl, mix chicken soup and 1 cup of chicken broth until well blended.
    Pour over mixed vegetables in pan.
    In a clean bowl, combine Bisquick and milk and mix until smooth.
    Pour over mixture in pan.
    Bake 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 6-8.
