Crab Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
3 Tbsp. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crab meat, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, diced
Preparation

Dissolve Knox gelatine in water.
Heat soup until hot.
Stir in mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and cream cheese.
Beat until smooth.
Add crab meat, celery and onion.
Pour into 4-cup mold, slightly oiled, and let set.
