Smothered Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 c. water
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
steaks of choice
Preparation

Combine the flour and salt in a slightly deep plate.
Cover steaks with the flour mixture.
In a deep dish or crock-pot, pour in the water.
Place steaks in the pot and sprinkle the chopped onions over the top.
Let cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired.
Great with vegetables and rice.
