Mama'S Old Fashion Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Defrost coconut.
    Eggs and butter should be room temperature, probably overnight.
    Spray tube pan with Pam.
    Cream butter and sugar together well.
    Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
    Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream and vanilla.
    Blend.
    Stir in coconut.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
