Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain well.
    Stir in next 7 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
