Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and mix well.
Add lemon juice and rind, salt, egg yolks, milk and sugar.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites and fold in last.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or try 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Center should be firm.
